Tyron Woodley rematch leads odds for next Jake Paul fight, Conor McGregor a long shot
Right now, the safe bet is that Tyron Woodley and Jake Paul will see each other in the ring again.
Less than a day removed from Woodley and Paul going eight rounds at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland—a clash that ended in Paul taking a split nod over the former UFC welterweight champion—odds have been set (courtesy of SportsBetting.ag) for who Paul will pick next for what is sure to be another highly publicized boxing bout.
A rematch with Woodley leads the pack at +150, with reality TV star Tommy Fury just behind at +200. Fury also competed on Sunday’s card, defeating MMA veteran Anthony Taylor by unanimous decision in a mostly uneventful fight.
Immediately following his fight with Paul, Woodley called for a rematch and Paul agreed to it on the condition that Woodley follow through on an informal pre-fight bet that the loser get their opponent’s name tattooed on them. Woodley felt he won the fight, a sentiment that he stuck with at the evening’s post-fight press conference.
Paul said that he welcomes a fight with Nate Diaz while dismissing a bout with Conor McGregor, saying that the former two-division UFC champion needed to “sober up.” McGregor and longtime associate Dillon Danis are both +800 to be Paul’s next opponent.
See the list of potential opponents below, which also includes odds for UFC stars Jorge Masvidal, Donald Cerrone, and Nick Diaz, UFC legends Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell, and B.J. Penn, and boxing stars Canelo Alvarez, Floyd Mayweather, and Oscar De La Hoya.
