Cormier, who has won three consecutive championship bouts at heavyweight and light heavyweight, faces Miocic, who holds the record for the most successful defenses of the UFC heavyweight championship at three, in the main event.

This is a rematch from UFC 226 last July. In their first meeting, Cormier defeated Miocic by first-round knockout to become the UFC heavyweight champion.
