UFC 269 fight card: Charles Oliveira vs. Dustin Poirier, Amanda Nunes vs. Julianna Pena to headline event
The UFC is back in a month with another loaded pay-per-view lineup.
On Saturday’s UFC 268 broadcast, the official card was announced for UFC 269, which takes place Dec. 11 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. In the main event, Charles Oliveira defends the UFC lightweight title against former interim champion Dustin Poirier, while the co-main event features two-division champion — and the No. 1 fighter in MMA Fighting’s Pound-for-Pound Rankings — Amanda Nunes defending her bantamweight belt against Julianna Pena.
Also confirmed to be on the main card is a battle between welterweight rivals Leon Edwards and Jorge Masvidal. Kai Kara-France welcomes former 135-pound champion Cody Garbrandt to the flyweight division and the main card will be opened by a bantamweight bout between rising contenders Raulian Paiva and Sean O’Malley.
The preliminary card features the return of Geoff Neal as he faces Santiago Ponzinibbio at welterweight, as well as a key bantamweight bout between Pedro Munhoz and former champion Dominick Cruz.
The main card is scheduled to air at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT on Dec. 11 exclusively on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
