Francis Ngannou fires back at Jon Jones, calls him a ‘decision fighter’
Francis Ngannou isn’t going to dodge any verbal attacks from Jon Jones.
The UFC heavyweight champion responded to the former UFC light heavyweight champion’s recent barbs on Twitter on Saturday morning.
I shouldn’t have to motivate you Jonny...if it’s not in you already you’ve already lost. I know my motivation https://t.co/YzPZgimlWR

Please don't make me laugh !

When is the last time that you break somebody out? https://t.co/XpFZhrVLcp
You're a decision fighter @JonnyBones and you've barely won a fight lately.

But you're going to break me out
UFC president Dana White said at UFC 261 that Derrick Lewis would be the next opponent for Ngannou after failing to reach a deal with Jones. But after Jones recently parted ways with his management team, it seems the former champion is trying to create a stir to get the fight he wants.
As far as Ngannou’s claims Jones is a decision fighter, Jones’ last three fights have gone to a decision and his last knockout was against Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 232 on Dec. 29, 2018.
Jones, who took time off to gain weight for his move to heavyweight, hasn’t fought in over a year with his last outing a unanimous decision win against Dominick Reyes at UFC 247 on Feb. 8, 2020.
