Watch Valentina Shevchenko vs. Jessica Andrade full fight video highlights for the UFC 261 main card fight Saturday night, courtesy of ESPN.

Valentina Shevchenko (21-3) and Jessica Andrade (21-9) competed for Shevchenko’s flyweight title at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. Catch more video highlights below.

Round 1

Shevchenko comes out in southpaw with Andrade in orthodox and Shevchenko is on her toes early. Fans start off with a “Val-en-tina” chant and Andrade takes a run in but comes up short. This will be all about distance management from the champion.

Shevchenko is keeping a good distance and lands a crisp 1-2. Then when Andrade rushes in, Shevchenko comes out in southpaw with Andrade in orthodox and Shevchenko ducks under and gets a body lock and takes Andrade down. Andrade gets up but goes right back down!

Shevchenko holding the back but lets it go and goes for the head kick as Andrade releases. It missed but Shevchenko is in control.

Andrade comes in again and Shevchenko cracks her! Andrade is able to clinch though and now she’s pushing the champ against the fence. Shevchenko keeping her hips back though and then she muscles up the challenger and takes her down again! Shevchenko is just beasting Andrade right now.

On the ground and Shevchenko moves to quarter mount against the fence and she’s feeding an arm under the chin! Andrade in a spot of trouble but she’s gutting it out and turning. Shevchenko abandons the choke but she’s got the back still and this is some big sister stuff thus far.

Andrade gets back up but Shevchenko is staying on her and as Andrade tries to turn again, Shevchenko just dumps her right back down and steps over to side control. She can’t do much with it though with short time and the round ends with Shevchenko having scored FIVE takedowns.

Round 2

Well, Andrade could be in trouble here as the general assumption was she needed to be in close to win the fight and Shevchenko manhandled her in the clinch all round. Let’s see what happens in the second.

The seconds starts much like the first at range but when Andrade rushes in, Shevchenko is happy to engage in the clinch and tosses Andrade to the ground with ease. Shevchenko is in top half-guard and in space and now she’s starting to chip away while keeping heavy shoulder pressure on Andrade’s chin.

Credit to Andrade, she’s staying squirrely on the bottom and not allowing Shevchenko to get off too much offense. She’s finally able to dig an underhook and use it to get up, then she drives in on a single and gets Shevchenko to the fence. Shevchenko is stonewalling her here though.

Correction, Shevchenko stonewalls her and then turns things around, taking Andrade down once again. This time Shevchenko is going for offense though as she steps into top side crucifix!

Andrade is moving, rolling and trying to buck but Shevchenko is glued onto her and she is HAMMERING elbows down! This turned violent in a hurry! Andrade cannot escape and Miragliotta steps in for the save!

Valentina Shevchenko defeats Jessica Andrade by TKO (crucifix punches) at 3:19 of Round 2.
